Agenda Title:
1.  Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a Standard Agreement with Ferber Engineering Company, Inc. for Professional Design Services for City Bike Path Restoration and Rapid Creek Bank Stabilization, Project No. PR14-6118.
Summary:
The City of Rapid City has determined the need to procure professional services for the stabilization of Rapid Creek along the Swanson Memorial Pathway in the following locations: 1) Cambell Street Bank Stabilization; 2) Fairgrounds Bank Stabilization; 3) Cleghorn Hatchery Pedestrian Easement; and 4) Cliffside Park Bank Stabilization. The project is described in detail for each location in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
